• Warranty

    Watches purchased in the Galtiscopio official online store can enjoy warranty service from the date of purchase with the warranty card, provided that they meet the Galtiscopio maintenance terms.
    1.Watch movement parts that are not damaged by human factors will be repaired free of charge within two years;
    2.If the three-dimensional crystal on the surface or the bezel crystal falls off within one year, it can be repaired free of charge;
    3.The watch case and belt (the part that can be touched) are consumables and are not covered by the warranty if damaged.

• Maintenance Advice

     1. Remove the watch before using spray products or cosmetics;
     2. Do not contact any corrosive substances (such as gasoline, paint, solvents and adhesives, etc., which may affect the case and surface treatment of the watch);
     3. Do not place the product in direct sunlight, excessive humidity or high temperature, which may affect the operation of the watch parts;
     4. Please avoid strong electric fields or static electricity to avoid damage to the mechanical structure of the watch;
     5. Environmental factors will affect the durability of the strap. Please keep the strap properly and avoid exposing the watch directly to sunlight or high temperature;
     6. Please keep the watch dry and away from humid environments;
     7. Do not use any chemical cleaners on the strap and avoid contact with cosmetics or perfumes;
     8. For minor stains, use weak soapy water to gently wet the cloth and then wipe gently;
     9. Light-colored straps such as white and milky white are easily stained, and should be worn to avoid contact with objects that are easy to change color;
     Galtiscopio uses carefully selected high-quality leather for its watch straps; the color and texture of the strap may vary due to the natural properties of the material.

• Battery replacement
  

     The watch mechanisms currently used by Glatiscopio are Japanese quartz movements or Swiss quartz movements. The battery can normally be used for about 1-2 years. If the battery runs out within one year, please contact our customer service to enjoy a free battery replacement service.

• Water Resistance
  

    Galtiscopio watches are all 3ATM waterproof (this refers to the pressure under standard atmospheric pressure at static conditions). Our watches can resist a small amount of water splashing when washing the hands and face, or raindrops during light rain, but they should not be exposed to water for long periods and should be dried in time to avoid water vapor intrusion. Watches must not be worn during bathing, swimming, or sauna use, and they should not be used in warm water, showers, or environments with drastic temperature changes.
