    Jewelry purchased in the Galtiscopio official online store can enjoy warranty service from the date of purchase with the warranty card if it meets the Galtiscopio maintenance terms. 
1. Galtiscopio provides a one-year warranty service. If it does not exceed the warranty period, you can enjoy free repair service except for damage caused by improper use (severe product deformation, wear, corrosion, oxidation, water ingress, etc.) and natural wear and tear. 
2. The final right of interpretation of this maintenance term belongs to the Galtiscopio brand.

• Maintenance Advice

    In order to extend the service life of the product, maintain its exquisite appearance, and avoid damage that is not covered by the Galtiscopio warranty due to careless use, Galtiscopio recommends that you pay attention to the following jewelry maintenance guidelines:

1. Avoid physical damage to jewelry. Galtiscopio products have been tested for external forces, but friction and impact with hard objects can easily cause scratches and wear on the metal surface, accelerating discoloration. When not wearing, please store the jewelry in the original packaging box or soft velvet bag to avoid product damage. When storing chain jewelry, please fasten the tail buckle to avoid entanglement.

2. Avoid chemical damage to jewelry. Contact with perfume, cosmetics, skin care products, and items containing fruit acid. Alcohol, chemical components, acidic substances, etc. will corrode metals and accelerate the oxidation of jewelry. Chlorine, alkaline substances and acidic substances in water will corrode jewelry. Therefore, jewelry should be removed and stored before bathing, washing hands or swimming.

3. Do not place jewelry in direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to sunlight will cause fading. Be careful to avoid excessive humidity or high temperature environments, as this may cause the jewelry to change color.
