Are the products guaranteed?

Watches purchased in the Galtiscopio official online store can enjoy a two-year warranty service from the date of purchase with the warranty card, provided that they meet the Galtiscopio maintenance terms.

How is the crystal warranty?

If the crystal on a Glatiscopio watch currently on sale falls off within one year, you can contact the customer service of the purchasing platform for free repairs.

How long will the battery last?

The watch mechanisms currently used by Glatiscopio are Japanese quartz movements or Swiss quartz movements. The battery can normally be used for about 1-2 years. If the battery runs out within one year, please contact our customer service to enjoy a free battery replacement service.

Are watches waterproof?

Galtiscopio watches are all 3ATM waterproof (this refers to the pressure under standard atmospheric pressure at static conditions). Our watches can resist a small amount of water splashing when washing the hands and face, or raindrops during light rain, but they should not be exposed to water for long periods and should be dried in time to avoid water vapor intrusion. Watches must not be worn during bathing, swimming, or sauna use, and they should not be used in warm water, showers, or environments with drastic temperature changes.
